Return & Refund Policy
At Cressa Naturals / Logemart, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality, natural wellness products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
We accept returns only in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items received. If your order arrives in poor condition or does not match what you ordered, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please email us at admin@cressanaturals.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.
Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund or replacement. Any item that has been opened, tampered with, or used will not be eligible for return, unless it was received in that condition. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. In case of a replacement, we will dispatch the new item as soon as possible at no additional cost to you.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. In such cases, we will bear the return shipping cost. For all other return requests, the customer is responsible for any applicable return shipping fees.
Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds for minor packaging variations or delays in delivery caused by third-party logistics providers. We also do not accept returns on discounted or clearance items unless they are defective.
