Return & Refund Policy
At Cressa Naturals / Logemart, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality natural wellness products to our customers. We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If your order arrives in poor condition or does not match what you ordered, please email us at admin@cressanaturals.com within seven days of delivery with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund or replacement. Items that have been opened, tampered with, or used will not be eligible for return unless received in that condition. Normal returns are not accepted; however, if the packet is found cut, torn, or damaged, please record a clear video while unboxing and send it to refund@cressanaturals.com within 24 hours of delivery for review and further assistance. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund or replacement. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, and replacements will be dispatched at no extra cost. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, in which case we will bear the return shipping cost. Please note that we do not accept returns or issue refunds for minor packaging variations, delays caused by courier partners, or discounted items unless defective.
